Opening Timeline
The Sage is being developed in phases as the property evolves into a full countryside estate for members.
Rose Pony Equestrian is currently open, offering boutique horse boarding, training, youth riding programs, and seasonal camps on the property.
The Sage Club is expected to open in 2027, introducing the full membership experience including wellness spaces, recreational amenities, coworking areas, dining, and community programming.
Early members will have the opportunity to become part of the founding community as the club takes shape.
