The Sage is intentionally designed as a members-driven environment where friendships form naturally. Parents connect over coffee, children play together outdoors, and families return week after week to see familiar faces. With a limited membership, the club remains intimate, social, and welcoming.
Members have access to spaces designed to support both physical and mental well-being, including pilates, sauna and cold plunge, outdoor fitness areas, and walking trails throughout the property. The goal is to create a place where members can reset, recharge, and feel better every time they visit.

Equestrian
The Sage was created to offer a childhood experience free of screens. Kids can explore the farm, interact with animals, join nature programs, and play freely outdoors in a safe environment. While children experience adventure and independence, parents can relax knowing they are just steps away.
With an equestrian complex on-site, members can watch lessons, walk past paddocks, enroll their children in pony programs, or board their own horses at Rose Pony Equestrian. The presence of horses brings a unique rhythm and character to the property that cannot be replicated in a typical club environment.
